You are right this is the most effortless and elegante way to solve your problems. But it‘s a lot of inner work to change old patterns. What do you do when you are slowly losing hope with being able to manifest your sp back? I have been trying since September to manifest him and I’ve been working on my self concept and trying to keep a good mental diet plus living in the end result but I have been having a lot of days where I want to give up but I have never desired anything so much in my life. Everything time a negative thought comes up in my head, I turn it around and make it positive plus I am at a place that I am comfortable with my life but I still want the manifestation to come true

Honestly I think the law of assumption is helpful but also humans who 100% assume and believe they are smarter than they are hold themselves down by that and people who "accept" that problems don't exist make it even worse by being delusional. Feeling of the wish fulfilled aka inner peace seems like a valuable direction, but ego can be destructive.

I'd say doing so right before you fall asleep in a drowsy theta like state is good as that's when the sub concious can kick in....but everybody has different methods
