About The first minute of the video, it already exists and its called sports. Sportsmen entertain billions every year, so they technically do something for society. A normal guy just wants to go to the gym whenever and have fun by challenging themselves. Much less people would look for doing free work because there aren't any benefits. First of all there is a huge difference between working out in a gym and building a house. Second, its much less efficient in building muscle. And third, they have to go out if their way and its not consistent in any way, its like you have to play a completely different steam game every day instead of grinding league. I mean i would do it just for the fun of it but maybe like once or twice, idc about society, but some good people would definitely do it because they are kind, but they aren't doing it because they want a workout or something.

I've been doing professional strongman for 2 years and have started bodybuilding as my main focus. The reason I work out is to improve myself physically and mentally. My wife is also an athlete. In response to that intro, I actually do this, lol. I'm a bartender, but I work as a barback at a large, busy, restaurant/bar a couple nights a week. Bartenders are basically stationary, despite being on their feet all night. In comparison as a barback you're engaging in calisthenics, endurance training, and heavy lifting for 6-10 hours. Sure, I haven't gotten rid of all the covid weight but I can straight arm an empty keg
