Leons hypercharge seems way better than it actually is, he can be seen very easily while attacking and you can predict where he is too.

only thing holding it back is the reload speed, it can unload like 5 shots max if ur at full ammo within the hypercharge so if u miss a few of your shots, which is very easy to do with leon, the hypercharge gets wasted

As a Leon main the hypercharge makes Leon much better but not overpowered. He became an -B to an +A tier brawler because of hypercharge it also makes Leon invaheal much better as before it sucked and smoke trails was (personally) better as Leon who point is to get close and kill not survivability. Now with the speed boost added with hypercharge invaheal is much better as you now faster so you can get closer and you get a insanely strong heal which makes invaheal much more viable. Overall he's a viable brawler
