Idk man, this feels like another Ash type brawler, really good but can easily fall off later in the meta with how many anti-tanks we have in game. Sure he can heal infinitely as you say... but i dont think his super will charge that frequently in a match because he has similar range to ash. He has no way to reach enemy brawlers and is completely vulnerable while doing so. A Tara or EMZ can just shred him, a Belle mark just makes his 1 hp gadget useless (do you really wanna keep that mark on yourself instead of dying? Remember how people say Doug is good on his sneak peeks? Survivability isnt everything without agility

Brawl Stars will not stop making new brawlers. Cus it needs to refresh the atmosphere, modes and gameplay regularly. So, "Fame" is no longer relevant actually. Also the real OG brawlers needs to be reworked to balance the whole competitive game 🤷‍♂️

He is like a cooler meg and if meg can be legendary then why not Draco? New players won't be able to counter him in any way. Also, Amber is perfect as a legendary. But on your second reply, you've stated that he'll be strong. 2) I disagree with Meg being legendary, that's why I think Draco barely hits the legendary mark, since he has more unique abilities. 3) New players, as in "average" but relatively new players. I'm talking 10k trophy players. (Around like 5 months) At that point, they'll know how to counter Draco. People under 10k trophies will match with respective enemies, and probably none of them, or very little people has Draco at 10k~ trophies. 4) Amber can shred in the right maps, but there's easily counters. There's a reason why you don't see Amber on first pick on all maps. If it's the right map, (Medium amount of walls), then sure, you can use her, if you're not first pick. But at that point, if you're taking that many precautions, might as well use another brawler.
