Not sure if you've ever played Fortnite but when you get a headshot you hear a distinct sound. That sound is audible whenever he shoots which means he's headshotting people even though they are nowhere near his line of sight.

Hes trying to attract attention because he clearly cannot smash a tourni by himself so he needs an established top tier player to be his surrogate. Hes showing his capability because something of this magnitude is insane, it will attact a lot of attention and for players who have a relevant shot of tournament wins its appetizing to have a guarantee for that large prize pool. Ill bet we see a few tournaments won by soft subtle hacks, that will later be found as cheating after the point and a top tier player finding himself in a lot of hot water while the hacker gets off scott free with a good chunk of money because hell be a shadow with a fake alias and dispensible contacts. Everything you saw here was intentional, noone with the capability to hack like this isnt extremely methodical. Keep an eye out for a B-list player on a “lucky streak.” In tournaments. This acts as a false flag so the hacker can evaluate Epics response and plan accordingly to ensure the hacks are undetectable and he can midigate any threats to the hack being dismantled.
