Sombat Banchamek is one of my favorite Muay Thai master. You will laugh at this one, there's a anime called Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple and I won't spoil much if anyone hasn't seen it, but there's a Muay Thai master in it that might be Sombat since it looks kind of like him named Apachai Hopachai. If there's a movie made out of that anime, I sure hope they have Sombat play the Muay Thai master. Maybe you can run the idea by Sombat and possibly make another favorite Thai movie (Pattaya Heat is a great movie). On the serious side now, I wish everyone gets well soon. Ahh it was amazing, I still can't believe I met him, it's very surreal 😅 I used to tell Camila all the time that we're from the same province and I wanted to look like him 🤣 but the body I'll have to work for, the pounds have been piling on hahaha. Camila's brother and dad will probably be entitled to some sick pay while they're out of work but it isn't much! Unfortunately the UK doesn't award benefits to hard working people. We're planning on going back to the UK at some point next year for a trip so we'll see how things go🙏

Gotta wonder about those Combi van bars in markets where the drinks taste weird. Poor young girls in Laos consuming methanol spiked drinks. All dead now. I'd recommend never buying a drink in any bars or marketplace that isn't in a sealed can or bottle - or just go to 7-eleven
