An underrated thought but i think its due to counter strike's previous modding culture, valve didnt try to contain the curiosity or give it some sort of order before and now it snowballed into a large cheating community. This is also apparent in games such as roblox where the usage of exploit software became normalized before the new Anti-cheat, even so cheating in roblox is still fairly large now we shouldn't just assume that valve isnt competent enough to create an anti-cheat or valve is trying to profit of the prime system, alot of it is deeply rooted in how people see the game.

The problem is the fact that people are using adblockers, so more ads have to be served to people without it, which in turns make more people install an adblocker and so on and so forth. But no creator would disable ads unless the content perhaps isn’t ad-friendly or some other ethical consideration. You can’t put it on the creator. It’s the ad circumventing mechanisms and the KZbin company revenue at play here.

i'll respond to this one comment, since a lot of people (including my editor somehow) don't get it. if you play vs. a wallhacker and no one pressures B, he will simply leave the site and go to A. if you pressure it and force him to deal with at least one or two players before leaving, you create a huge advantage on A site. I would also force two-three CT players to tend to B while making my team exploit A when I played FACEIT. it's strong, but it forces your team to actually take advantage of the space you create. hope that helps 😅👍

I have to say I've never been really high ranked so I never experienced these types of plays as I played mostly matchmaking, rarely faceit (I gotta say I was part of the problem and actively decided against cheating not too long ago) I want to leave this part of me and the past with it behind me and really focus on all the essentials and benefits of truly learning about it all!
