Up here in Canada and I suspect it's the same throughout N America, due to crazy demands and outrageous development fees it has almost become impossible for individuals to develop private property. Most of the development happening especially in rural areas is all government funded properties. It almost seems like they have done this on purpose.

I noticed the fence when you first showed us rhe property, it really stood out because it looks so good! I couldn't imagine how much it would cost to install something similar today. if you get a gate, not only open with a keypad, but also with by phone app, or with a license plate reader. We use license plate readers and there is a camera that reads the license plates that come to the gate and if yours is on the list, it opens the gate.

Ryan you will hate a keypad for the fence. You will have to get close enough, reach out through the door. Just get gate sensor you throw in your trucks so when you get close it just opens and maybe keypad as backup for visitors.

You can use sodium hypochlorite aka pool chlorine 50/50 in a pump sprayer let it dwell 15 mins and spray it off it’ll save time and water.

This works on vinyl fence but you’re still going to need a decent pressure washer for 20 year buildup on concrete.

My pressure washer has a down stream injector. You add a few ounces of surfactant to the SH and down stream it. No bleach through your pump and the surfactant (soap) helps it cling and stay wet. Could add the surfactant to a pump sprayer too. Pressure washing supply houses or online stores sell it.

The new gate entrance looks very promising. And at last.:- historical information about the place. Looking forward to you interviewing this previous owner. I reckon you could do a generation interview where your kids and your crew could make it a day/ a BBQ/ a fireside chat (?) and the old man could tell the story and fill in the historical details and everyone could ask Q's, maybe even pull out a few old Fotos or newspaper clips. Perhaps even connections with births, deaths and marriages. This is sort of carrying on legacies. Very important to young people and foreigners who now call the USA Home. They may not fully appreciate it now but they will look back in 20/30 years and say what a good thing that was.🏡

Yup lol I learned the hard way. After a couple times of doing that, then the strap getting stuck in the crank. I figured it out. I've seen Ray use ratchet straps like 50 times and he still ain't figured it out. Lol poor guy can't even tighten or loosen a hose. ALWAYS has trouble with hoses lol

Do you have access to second-hand/used IBCs? Intermediate Bulk Containers: these are 1 mtr cubes on a galvanised steel pallet and hold 1000 litres/1 metric ton of water. They are easily fillable through the top and have a standard 2" pipe fitting on the bottom of one side. I actually have 3 of these in my garden collect rainwater for irrigation.

Been watching Ryan for something like 3 years as picked up the channel during the U.K. Covid restriction. Guess that might make me an OG. Amazing how far he has come and overcome in just this short time! I know we only see the parts he puts out so there is far more to his story but also understand that he cannot share everything. Just a shame the local authorities seem to be going out of their way to make it difficult for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Far too many rules same as the U.K. so investment dries up and with it jobs and potential. If I were to offer any advice it would be to bring Bugs back full time but in a management position, he knows the standards Ryan needs and would see that they are met. This would free up so much of Ryan’s time to concentrate on growing his business in the way he wants as he can rely on Bugs ensuring the daily jobs are completed to the right standard. Ryan need not oversee every single thing and get rid of a lot of stress! Anyhow Ryan is a great boss and the guys who work for whom probably appreciate him more than we see. Keep going as the videos bring so much to so many people. 🤩
