Use base kicks in close range. Most of Bulwark players don't do full base attack . So , try to attack him after his second attack. Also they don't use full special attack.So, use any attack after dodging the first special attack or try to grab him. When Bulwark use his full special attack you can jum up after the first attack to dodge the second attack You can use your recovery kick to scape his shadow attack after a grab when his Fortress of the legion talent is active.( Works only against the epic weapon users) Hope this helps :⁠-⁠)
