I'm a microblading artist, just a heads up for next time....don't separate your touch up with a couple of hours. You can continue numbing and fill in your brows before you're done for that session. Also don't stress about how dark they are during healing. The reason they are so dark is because scabs get darker as they heal. Once the scabs have lifted the pigment will be at least two shades lighter because they are beneath a layer of skin.

Katelyn McGraw i love how you gave advise for next time instead of being judgemental and "omg, dont, whatre you doing". =)

when you do microblading does the blade cut some of the hairs off, cause I've always wondered and no one has commented on it
@hillariemacbride31067 жыл бұрын
Jordan C I’m not sure about other artists but I make sure to wax and pluck my canvas before I microblade. I personally feel it gives you more room to add and see where you’re adding ink. Hairs will always grow back, the ink is permanent. During the process the needle may pluck a couple hairs out but it’s not common in my opinion. You lose more hair in the consultation and brow shaping process
@nessiev23737 жыл бұрын
Jordan C the hairs don't get cut because the 'blade' is actually a bunch of small needles, so the hair goes between them and when you move the blade the hairs just go through between the individual needles
@kerirobillard54436 жыл бұрын
Katelyn McGraw mine have been done and all the scabs fell off and I have no color in them. There is o my a couple of strokes that were left behind. Now they hurt and are red Smith no ink left in them. It's like I never got them done

To anybody who does this at home. Keep your tool completely straight same pressure all the way until you lift up the tool . Do not put the lines too close and do not cross the lines. If you don't keep the tool straight the ink will heal blurred under the skin. It won't look like sharp hair strokes. And you will look crazy with smudged eyebrows. And take your time. Practice on a doll head first or something to be sure you got the correct technique down first! Good luck... happy beautifying ladies!

Girl, PLEASE answer this question, how did you do the final dye wipe off without it all coming off??? I have done this procedure twice, (no infection, no nada), but every time, I’m just left with no dye!! When I wipe off the dye at the end, to clean it off my face, it all comes off my eyebrows too....or if I don’t wipe it off (shaping my eyebrows with makeup remover so I can live with them for ten days), when the scabs peel off, nothing is left behind. What’s up?

I’m a certified microblader. Your brow hairs may be more sparse than normal after your initial visit but a lot of people experience more hair growth after microblading because the process stimulates hair growth in areas you didn’t grow hair before. Not in every case, everyone is different after the healing process but it’s common.
