This hadith refers to mocking other muslims explicitely, like "Hahahah look, this guy is fat and can't even run". Reminded me of a hadith: Ibn Mas’ud reported: He was harvesting toothsticks from an Arak tree and he had tiny shins. The wind blew and made him fall over, so people laughed at him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “What are you laughing at?” They said, “O Prophet of Allah, he has tiny shins.” The Prophet said, “By the one in whose hand is my soul, they will both be heavier on the Scale than the mountain of Uhud.” Source: Musnad Aḥmad 3991 So brother, don't get too serious about sheikh roasting people. He does it for the sake of people who ask these type of questions.

Religious guilt is seriously really taxing on the mind. It’s not her being a “wacko” , it’s her religious guilt. She doesn’t want to divorce him, she’s scared . I used to think my marriage would be invalid because I couldn’t pray properly (revert issues). We shouldn’t ever make jokes with this type of thinking, the effects are real.

I think that when men treat their good women like dirt as maids in the house and drive them to within an inch of their sanity then these whispers start to make sense because there must be something wrong that she is scared of them giving her even less worth she does the house work to please them and forgets her prayers in her exhaustion and if the marriage is valid then why is it so horrible surely there is a reason and God is displeased with me and I must remedy this by ending the thing that kept my heart from God or find a reason why it happened. Now see, this is guilt upon OCD upon exhausted abused person. I feel for her.

@@Trep3 i follow the hanbaliu madhab and believe if you miss 1 prayer you are a kaafir however I do not do takfeer as those people are doing taqleed of their own madhaaib like in pak official madhab is hanafi which does not have it as kufr however if they live in a country where hanbaliu law is followed then he is a kaa;;fir and executed no doubt,,,

​@@danoneall4013 missing prayer intentionally is a major sin and some (not the majority of) scholars say that it takes you out of the fold of islam the more correct opinion is that it isn't kufr, but it is still a major sin missing a prayer unintentionally though, of course that is blameless and happens every once in a while due to oversleep, forgetfulness, or such, but that is not what is being discussed here

Not really. My waswas was cured because of the strict behavior of my parents in these matters. Also fear of hell stops your so called OCD. And I argue that waswas is different to OCD as i only had it in reliigous matteta just like other ppeople stricken with waswas...Its not always medival....
