Awareness days are really important, and we should remember them...
As someone living with Cerebral Palsy, in this time of uncertainty, I've had time to think and realise a few things.

Thanks for sharing your voice. Loads of kids with CP (and other disabilities) are part of communities where the infrastructure and family income don't allow for isolation - this video is a good reminder to all of us who don't have a direct link to someone with a disability, or those of us who see ourselves as the low-risk groups (healthy, young, no respiratory issues) that we are not self-isolating for ourselves, but for one another as a larger South African community. Need more disability voices in this discussion for sure.
