Topping ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup cooking cream - 17% fat content (300g) (10.6 oz)
- Mozzarella cheese to taste

Mayonnaise is just eggs, oil,andsalt in blender. My favorite recipe in 60's was a Mayonnaise cake. Delicious white or add cocoa powder for chocolate. Very moist cake. Delicious. Mayonnaise would be good in any flour recipe. I put beer in my pizza dough. I also spread Mayo on bread I stead of butter forgrilled sandwiches. Browns beautifully and such a great flavor. Try it. Wonderful grilled sandwiches.

I have never cooked this. It's brilliant! I think, if I chose ground beef, I would cook it first. Only because, I would be concerned about it messing up the crust, but that may not happen. I'm thinking, it should come out the same, as her version, with ham.

Hello from California thank you for your Recipe the people in the unite states use to use mayonnaise in cake batter to make cakes when war war 2 was going on in the united states because there was a shortage for oil, And since mayonnaise is made with eggs and oil it's both things need it to be mix with the flower to bake a cake it was use to makes the cakes and the cakes come out more moist. 👍
