Boys I own an e46 6 cilinder since 1.5 years, apparently it had a new clutch at 150 k miles and it did feek stiff, i have been driving very hard and slipping a but, it does feek softer but still really stiff at the same time, it s actually easier to change gear since the clutch does bit a couple millimiters later on the pedal... is this normal wear considering the ckutch had been new? I have 0 problems with it now after 20 k miles

Crossovers and SUVs are a waste of time, money and space. Just look in person at the space in a Toyota CHR and compare to an Auris/Corolla and look at a VW Golf and compare with a T roc. Its all an illusion and no extra space in some cases you even get less space.

Android auto does support wireless connectivity just FYI. Did a similar mod to my 2016 Mazda 3 and then bought an AA wireless. Hey presto, wireless Android Auto, superior choice too 😉

Soon we would only have the best and most long lasting clutches due to the harsh working conditions Alex would expose them too. Honestly a win win win situation for all, Alex would get free clutch replacements, the company would be known for the best clutches in the world and we would get strong and durable clutches

I have an audi a4 with the exact same system in it, i have android auto wirelessly. The little blue connector is for a wireless antenna. Connect it and you should be able to use android auto and carplay wirelessly. Im suprised they never gave you one in the box. Make sure to leave it outside of the dash because otherwise the connection quality can be quite poor and disconnect sometimes

I put the same MMI in my F46 and Android Auto works wireless if your phone has a fairly recent version of Android. You just have to connect to both the bluetooth and wifi networks of the MMI

I actually have used Car Vertical a few times now. Quite a useful too. Used it to buy my new car, a Fiat Punto 1.4 T-Jet sporting for £1200, 76k miles and a full years MOT to make sure I wasn't being scammed. Especially since I was desperate and crashed my mini (Reg is SP57 HHB so if anyone sees it on the road they know).

Why hello there! I installed Android Auto like you in my 2014 520d Touring and wanted to give you a heads up. You can now no longer program the car via the OBDII port. When BimmerCode runs it can't identify one of the ECUs and therefore stops. I also had an issue with BMW not coding my replacement Headlights, but they never got back to me and just left my car on the lot.....

Android Auto Wireless exists. You need a dongle for that (in most cases). Then you don't have a need for a cable anymore.

Good video. 29 years ago I put a Goodmans cd player in my immaculate phase 2 Renault 5 GT turbo. People came from far and wide to hear it as was amazing vs a cassette. I didn't have the balls to admit that like the GT it was amazing until it got hot and slightly overheated, didn't matter though as my friends in there pathetic 205 gti's and uno turbos were either in a hedge or waiting for the AA to start their cars or couldn't keep up anyway. Try a remap next as your BMW would enjoy it 😂

Alex could have done what I did and bought a £8 vent phone holder that I put in my centre vent to use maps. Then I can control music through I drive, have my phone charging and still be able to change gear (I’ve got a manual 220d) but nope he went the complicated way 😂
