Congrats!! Im so happy for you 💕 Im a designer and I can’t stop myself, I need to tell you a suggestion for the design 🤣 have you considered taking the bed upstairs? In that way the current bedroom area can hold a big sofa comfortably and you keep the main bathroom and closet doors closed. You can have a dining table in the center area next to the kitchen. Then upstairs you can have the bed in the area where you said you wanted to do a dressing room and an office overviewing the living room as you have currently panned. I think it will be so comfy and spacious that way 🙌 This video made me so excited for you, the views are amazing!!!

I lived in Korea in the mid-2010s. But, it was in Daegu. My building was older, but my apartment had more space than this apartment plus I had a very large outside balcony. I did western style rental payments: by month, no key money. It was around $4K per month. This apartment is basically a 1 bedroom + loft. Probably around $3K USD if it's western style. No idea if it's jeonse.

I remember watching your videos that you would film in the previous apartment you were in, this one is so lovely and it's definitely an upgrade! I'm obsessed with how much storage space there is, you can never have enough storage! Also appreciate the ceilings on the second floor being higher as a short person myself (4'10"), I always see apartment tours (especially loft apartment tours) where people have to crouch and I get second-hand neck pain from it. I'm really happy for you, it's such a gorgeous apartment! It's nice that you'll have a nice environment to work in, and where you'll be happy

Tokyo is expensive if you live in middle and not outskirt part, but to me LA was even more expensive then Tokyo🤣both housing and living, who is ranked to be one of the most expensive city's. So well I am sure it is expensive, but is it more or less then LA 😎?
