Any tips finding a house or apartment, amount of money (USD or NZD?) to bring, etc. Btw, how did you pay for the managed isolation facility? Cash or card?

Hi! All residents and citizens are exempted from paying managed isolation at the time i arrived so I didnt have to pay. From what i heard, its really hard to find an apartment/house right now so i suggest booking an airbnb for a week while you’re looking for one. The weekly bond varies depending on the area you’re interested in. Check fb marketplace for the price ranges. Usually they ask for 3 weeks bond as deposit. Thanks to you I was informed about Singapore airlines being an option. Mahal na ng direct flight to Auckland sa PAL, last year nasa Php 34k lang yung price. Ngayon almost double na.

Hi! Not sure ngayon if same padin yung reqs but upon checking in: flight itinerary, copy of visa, pcr result, miq booking, passport, request to travel. Then sa immigration, cfo certificate lng and passport. :)

No need for medical, ph immigration only checked for cfo, while the airlines checked for flight itinerary, swab test, and miq voucher
