If this is the "boring" life, I want it. I've been living in the city for quite a while and I realized throughout the years how my inner peace wasn't really satisfied due to the high stimulus I was being exposed to from work to my home. I crave for quiet, nature, and just all in all a dramatic notch down from the bustle.

I feel like I waste the convenience of living in 경기도 sometimes because I am generally a "boring person," too. I keep to my neighborhood, know all the store owners, and am very content with the small life living despite being in such a populous place. We all find our own places of solace and paradise in our own ways, though. Thanks for sharing yours with us!

Many city people dont understand it. Rural "silence" is something they find boring. They need the noise, the events, the trouble etc. I grew up on a little farm but lived in the city while i made my education. During this time my inner voice screamed louder and louder to get out again. This year i found a great place to live. Its very calm here and the air is pure. The few neighbours are very kind people who just live and let live. Many little birds live around my house. When its night i can hear the owls shouting in the forest. And now i adopted a homeless cat. Taking care of my fire wood and sitting next to the warm oven afterwards is something special. Life is great here ♥

I constantly see your videos on YT shorts and I always am intrigued and like the video, but I don't recall ever seeing your channel being recommended, until the kitten one! I was like 'who dis?!?!?'- clicked so fast on this video! Why you were recommended to me: 1. I watch a lot of fermenting videos in the hopes of getting the courage to do it some day, I usually quick pickle random veggies in my fridge to see what happens; 2. I watch a lot of vlogs on simple living for escapism; 3. pet videos - no explanation needed... and now apparently 4. even in The Great White North I leave my shoes in the car because, why shoes? right? also a habit from growing up on the beach - thanks for this video, allowed me to live vicariously through your lens for 16 minutes and 57 seconds, a pleasure crossing paths on the interweb. cheers!

This appears to be ideal, not boring. I've lived in a larger city for the past 24 years, and unfortunately, after awhile that can come with golden handcuffs that keep one stuck in the same place. I would rather wake up to the sloshing of water than screaming ambulances. I would rather listen to chirping insects and frogs rather than hear the heartbreaking homeless individuals fighting. I would much rather have dirt under my feet than pavement most days. One day, I have to get out of this city!
