Biggest thing making you stand out from the crowd is that you aren't afraid to put in the effort to cut and remove overgrown and evasive plants . Then on top of it remove the debris. Much more effort and hard work for a "true" transformation!

What I like more then a relaxing, wholesome yard video, is the procedure Alex uses. Edge, trim, mow, blow, pick up/clean up. I have left other channels when I saw the mow come first, then edge... etc. Maybe I'm ocd about my own lawn. But he does it same way I do. Great job.

I watch a few of these channels and it’s so funny that in a high percentage of them, eventually a man in the neighborhood comes out to mow their lawn to. It’s like their inside their homes when suddenly they hear the call. 😂 Great job on this property 👏🏻

I don't know where you are, Alex, but I have a friend up here in Rocky Point, NY, who REALLY needs your help! Their backyard is a mess , but it hasn't greened up yet. It would be an amazing transformation since the yard is on a hill. Boy, I wish you could help them. If you know of anybody who is up here half as good as you, pls let me know. Excellent job - I would have given the neighbor a helping hand too, let him to the perimeter and you do the center - I think he would have been very grateful. Course we see 30 minute video that might have taken you 4/5 hours to do and you were probably beat....😀

Great Transformation. Wanted to see customer thanking you with more enthusiasm. What a lukewarm thanks. Just a suggestion. When doing jobs for Veterans and Senior Citizens maybe you should remove all bushes or at least cut them down to waist height so they can reach them. The bushes around the house windows could have been removed. Looked like a fire hazard.
