If you look towards the bottom half of the meter you'll notice a shinier than the rest of the meter box that is a radio frequency transmitter, they drive up and down the streets and have a receiver that reads every meter, same goes for electric and water, gone are the days of a guy walking the neighborhood, the only time an actual person checks it is when there's a dispute.

Hi! Excellent work from you, your wife and the other friend. You have wonderful machines that make work in this area much easier... I've never seen this before, the bush covered the entire length of the property, there was a huge pile of bush less than 2 meters from the back door. Nobody ever cleans anything up, takes down those bushes. This property has never seen cleaning in its life, that is reality. These ladies were very lucky that there were no rats, snakes, bees, spiders, ants inside this property. Where are the neighbors to help these ladies? This property has been abandoned for decades, with these ladies inside. Something imaginable with so much dirt is what we saw in this video.
