The live record was from Twitter space during the promotion of Pagtatag. I was inside the grocery when it came on and it was so hard to keep myself from laughing. I'm sure I looked like a fool. I wasn't able to finish my shopping until the live ended. Pepe Herrera was the character actor who narrated the Pagtatag intro film, the one with the dog who got "burned" at the end.

7:08 for the context, stell was trying to woo a'tin to comfort like a boyfriend would when a gf is sulking in disappointment (it's a Filipino thing). before this, a'tin told the boys that it's the sb19 x a'tin monthsary (this twitter space was on June 2, the fandom name was made official on Nov.2 2018). obviously, the boys didn't remember, thus the sulking. stell made it hilarious 'coz he tried to sound like a bf wooing a sulking gf on the phone.
