@Obsolet Here in Florida it has never stopped. Ive been in the breaks scene here since 1996, its what our Underground scene was always known for, we definitely got our own flavor with Florida Breaks. You can even just put in "Florida Oldskool Breaks" on youtube and will have 30 years worth of funk 😊
