I NEED TO TRAIN - Loomian Legacy Nuzlocke (Episode 14)

After the events of the previous episode, I realize that I NEED TO TRAIN URGENTLY. So I did so... for 7 hours... and this is my new team.... After discussing my strategies for this new game and how I can take on the incredibly difficult Atlanthian City, I go on my quest to gather Jake, Mabel, Lucas, and Lucy. In the process, I face some close fights. Will my new team be able to handle them?

If a Loomian faints, it is no longer usable throughout the rest of the play through.
I can only catch the first Loomian I find for each route, if I defeat the Loomian I can no longer get a Loomian for that route.
I must nickname every Loomian I catch.

Hey diamond the battle stars have the evo of lumica which is toxic and water type it also has baneful bash which is very strong it also has poison barbs you need to kill it first instead of the other loomian , you might need noxious pearl

That madcap boosted muck buck was also insanely powerful Madcap(hoganosh's ability) boosts recoil moves damage by 20% and it was 85 base power that was roughly a 102 base power move + a crit which make it 153 base power and super effective make it 2x to 306 So yeah that would have obliterated boonary otherwise

Oxidrake can easily one shot underleveled loomians with Outburst, and even easier on loomians that he is super effective that being ancient and spirit. Attack stats on Oxidrake are crazy on lvl 40+. Would recommend using Outburst in future

cool bug facts: the loomians u fight in the story line are actually designed by jamiy jamie (pvp balancer) to use pvp moves, abilities and items, as well as some tp distribution. also a bunch of moves for loomians (like a melee atk move for paw patrol) are locked behind the rally system, so a bunch of loomians get screwed over with the level up move pool

In 39 days it’s the 3 year anniversary of the series. Diamond, you should use boost tokens to max out your loomians with xp. You need to be prepared for the battle theatre it’s a 2v2 battle so you should get loomians (like dyeborg) that have moves that can attack both loomians.

with the rainbow vari event now active you could get a venolen (the trainers you fight to get the tufts tho are very difficult so watch out if you do), but venolen should be very good for the battle theatre

Those trainers have PvP looms who are tp trained and have items and most likely good/perfect ups. Nuzlockers should stay away from them. Only PvPers can sweep those trainers and casual players can pull it out in a few tries.

Espicially Jellusa, which is Lillian's last loomian. If Jellusa uses magnify, it could one-shot any Loomian in Diamond's team that doesn't have a clutch plushie.

After the battle theater u could try the rainbow vari quest for fun. Since it’s not part of the story, u can choose to just revive your loomians if they die and not use the rainbow vari, or treat it as part of the nuzlocke. Also pretty sure the mocho had freeze dry and could’ve absolutely deleted sushi.

terrafly is a melee attacker. u can get parasitise, poison barbs, and at lvl 45 it gets air whip, a melee move. also you can rally rough up from hunder onto terrafly. heres how: u remove a move from terrafly (prob pestilence), then it has an open move slot. then you put it as the rally assistant and the huncer that knows rough up as leader. then eventually terrafly will learn it. there are many moves that work like this so you can search up their entire movepols including rally moves. (btw u cant use the baby it rallies, and you can only do it if u already have the loomian that knows the move ur trying to get.)

Burroach, at level 14, learns Venom Chomp, a melee poison attack. this can be rallied onto Terrafly (RipOffKakuna). while it is weaker then your current poison attack, it's not ranged, so therefore better. (delete pestilence for poison barbs btw, you have a good bug move so) Edit: Sushi can learn Thunderstrike (via MM) and Dark Surge (via rally), which a level 45 Revenine can learn (evolution of Whispup, the ghost dog.) if you do train Revenine, DONT INSTANTLY EVOLVE, stop it from evolving till it gets Fire Breath, as it won't get another good ranged fire attack once evolved (not even a second chance for said Fire Breath)

1)If I were you swap Joe Mama for Pawpatrol and make it so the Pawpatrol gets the sea orb the Joe Mama has because Pawpatrol is 4X Weak against water however you can use its electric move and its very speedy! 2) And get a clutch plushies using nuggets is a good choice. If you use specialty boots it will make it so does not go first move however it will go first every turn after the first turn. 3)Level up more, the gym leaders highest level loomians are 42. if you want to stand a chance make your stuff around 43 or 44. 4) Last but not least, get poison barbs because that is how I destroyed the 4th gym and (this might be controversial) get Dumb baby (Kyogo) he is fast, evolves lvl 30 into Dorogo and its signature move is Egg lob which is when you use it 'The user throws an explosive egg at the target, which will hit the target after two turns and lower a random stat. If the target has already fainted, the move will not execute. In double battles, if this move is used on an ally Loomian, it will boost a random stat instead.' Dorogo's best base stats are 116 speed, melee attack 85, range attack 81 and Energy 81 (ngl really good stats!) Hope you read this confident thank you . (Calculated to much)

Confident, you can get Thunder Chomp for JoeMama and PawPatrol through rallying. The issue is that the only things that can learn it by level up right now are Ikazune and Weevolt, so you might have to wait until another thing learns it unless you magically happen to get an Ikazune as one of your encounters

ripoff kakuna forgets life drain, because parasitize does the same thing but better, and its a melee attacker.. dont forget pestilence cause it isnt for dmg, it does repetitive dmg like poison, but poison can do damage with it. Hunder learns thunder chomp through rallying, do roamer clause if you find ikazune so hunder can learn it.

Im so glad you got Boonary instead of Elephage. Elephage sucks, it's very fragile and only learns electric moves through levelling Also, you used Teddy (on UMV Diving area route) to get a lot of Exp and he also gives Melee Attack and Speed TPs, so your already naturally good oxidrake will be ripped :) edit: you should also use move deleter in colloseum, delete "Graffiti" on Dyeborg and reverse rally RipOffKakuna's "Muck Blast" onto your Dyeborg

Hunder learns thunder chomp, but its a rally move, you can reverse rally to learn it, but you need ikazune or weevolt cause they learn it. I suggest doing roamer clause in case you find ikazune for that move. Replace parasitize for poison barbs, as a tip, send two barbs so you have toxic poison and not normal poison. Dyeborg is fine with mixed moves because the attack stats are so close.

If you have a loomian with thunder chomp, then go to the battle colo and and remove presicion bolt from hunder's moveset. Afterwards, go to rally ranch and put the loomian with thunder chomp into the leader slot and hunder into tge assistant slot. After about a minute, hunder will learn thunder chomp, a melee electric move.

regarding the training since you can’t pull rare candies/power fruits out your ass using a save file editor like what you can do in a normal nuzlocke id suggest adding a clause that doesnt count deaths while specifically exp grinding to make things a bit smoother so you dont have to worry about going back to heal so much.

You should replace life drain with poison barbs, you already have parasitize to steal the opponents hp which is boosted by terrafly already being bug type. Keep pestilence since it deals damage over time and would be a good combo with poison from poison barbs. Thanks for listening to my ted talk
