Your guides provided tremendous help early on in my Anno 1800 days. While I do enjoy seeing you play the game modded, I personally try to play most games vanilla. I learned about Anno through your channel, and have played the Total War's since it's inception in 04, I am interested in Ixion. Regardless, I enjoy your content and advice. Keep it up.

I was a big fan of your disaster saves back in the day. The exasperation in your voice at times during those videos was always hilarious to me. Looking forward to more!

Just bought the game after i watched your Channel. Easy to understand for forigners. Love your guides and fix my City videos. They have problems I can relate to. When you have a play thru I learn nothing. You are so incredible good at the game. You know the game mecanics and do the right thing from start, except when there is a plan from the start to move it. Looking forward to watching more of your content, old and new. 😊

I like little guides (around the 15-20m range) that talk about a specific topic and how you can improve XYZ. I feel that's a good amount of time. The disaster saves and correcting things i feel can easily be 30m or more, those are good for the end of the day when I'm chilling in bed. The super long twitch stuff (where people take an entire multi-hour VOD from twitch and dump it on KZbin unedited) is a super turn off for me, things need to be curated and edited to be appealing. Love seeing your content mate and hope all is well ❤

Wow...literally deleted all my ANNO 1800 saves yesterday. I always get hung up in the same place in the game though, between Engineers and Investors. I had planned on starting over again. Hopefully, I can overcome this time but if not and you're still doing this... There's no one I would let touch my save other than you. Great stuff you do and I personally love the Let's Plays but looking forward to any and all new content!! Have a great weekend and thanks :)

Grats on approaching 40k well deserved subscribers. I'm a new follower and appreciate your guides. I really like this genre of games and would be interested in hearing your trusted opinion on any new releases that pique your interest: Manor Lords, Farthest Frontier, Workers and Resources, etc..

Love your guides for Anno! I would really love to see midgame saves of trade routes! I myself always get lost as I do not start with correct grouping :D

Honestly I watch everything you put out, but I agree with your short content ideas about guides etc and specific fixes on saves because most people will end up the same or similar issues

Well Taka, I watch all of your content; I enjoy your play throughs - sad that others don't. Glad to hear you have new ideas. I really enjoy you showing off new Mods for 1800 - they are so good and excite me for getting the Mods and playing with them when they become available. *hugs*

@@4879daniel Funny how you want to talk on behalf of others. Just because that is your idea, that doesn't mean that others would find less "appealing". I guess you don't watch movies then?

More Anno? yaay! This is a great idea! Sounds fun and interesting to watch you fix some savegames again, with focus on one specific problem! Btw, specifically your tutorials are the most well done on youtube. Besides you're so likeable, your talk speed is perfect, as a german I always understand every single word easily yet you talk fast enough and you always come to the point and don't ride on a detail for ages, which is torture for a german 😀 Oh and I always loved your Lets Plays. Sometimes we just forget to like every single video because we're binge watching? 😀

Good luck on future videos. Yours have helped me along early on with Anno 1800. I would expect that most people have at least some mods and possibly different number of DLC's installed. If you are going to look at save games I would have expected that people would need to identify these so you could match their configuration. I don't know how much time you spend on Anno 2025 but a video or two on getting going with the new Taludas Mars mod would be useful. I was surprised at just how different the normal game was when the mod was used.

Hey, Taka! One thing I've noticed you haven't covered much on Anno are the Challenges such as Season of Silver. Think this could be an area you'd be interested in making guides on?

You have gotten me and 20+ of my own freinds into anno. I enjoy the beauty building videos you make. Thank you for getting us into anno and i blame you for my 1000+ hours on steam.

Dear Taka! Congratulations with so many subribers. I just sign in for the channel. I want to support your hard work. I couldn’t figure out discord lol. To complete for me. I am planning Anno way much better thanks to your videos. I have your voice in my psyche. I am stuck now in trying to gain influence. Having a very hard time. Any suggestions? Once again thank you 🙏 Claudia Ribas

Anno 1800 is amazing and Taka got me playing. Best tips i might need are mostly how to manage multiple islands when you got a larger population. i got a save but thats just me trying to max out some content, but overall the balance of resources are tricky

I would love to see playthrough of reaching 1 million population goal or something like that. I don’t care if that is done by streaming. It is sad that you lost a save during middle of that goal before. I am interested about massive production chains. I am struggling to get enough investors to build a skyline tower without ruining Crown falls by factories. I am also a beauty builder. Usually I don’t have patience to min max my game and I start a new one too soon. I have had Anno for years and the first time I even try to build skyscrapers in it.

A bit off-topic, but something I need help to solve. I had an odd thing happen while playing the Eden Burning scenario. I had well over 500 Jonaleros on the main island and the work clothes were unlocked, but no production chain for them appeared on the UI. The other needs were all met, but without work clothes I couldn't upgrade to Obreros, so I'm kind of stuck at this point. Am I missing something that will provide the work clothes production chain? Any help? Thank you.

He has a guide on that already, it’s very useful in terms of heater layout. But empire of the skies came out later on which makes the arctic less important and pretty easy now.

The arctic guide is good, but I would also love to see more Arctic included in Lets Plays.

Would be interested in seeing a comparison of the AI difficulties using same seed/layout each time and comparing the save games. I need more challenge from Anno but I feel like harder AI might make is a stressful rush through with no regard for all the cosmetic stuff I paid for and enjoy using. I don’t have enough free time to try all the combinations of AI to find a sweetspot - so far just played with 2 x 1 star and 1 x 2 star and it’s zero challenge. Personally not that interested in mods - not keen on the added hassle.

Also your guides have been great but some look a bit out of date now given all the game updates.

Have you considered Dwarf Fortress? I kid, you'll need a few years to get good at it. Real talk, I haven't really played anything new recently, nor anything that you are currently playing... so I have no input. I'm sad that the Anno History videos didn't do well enough to warrant a continuation, but it is what it is.
@nathangibson80668 ай бұрын
Honestly I think the focus has been too much on Anno. There's only so much you can get out of one game. New games need attention, like Manor Lords. There's so much that has changed already with a couple of patches and I think there is so much that you could teach people about the game.
