Fellow Alabama Boy here... I know the new format (5 fish) was not your favorite. However, I have seen a change in your demeanor, and I know you are frustrated but...I challenge you to evaluate your life with fishing and imagine it without fishing. You are one of the best to crank a reel---don't forget that...but like in any other sport the mental side of it levels the playing field...Just remember, It's the same for everybody...the conditions, the spawn, the opportunity. Becker and KVD found the small mouth. Look...I have been a loyal fan and subscriber and will continue to be. But I challenge you to write down for one week everything that happens to you and at the end of the week take out the few bad things and look at just how many great things are on the paper...God has blessed you with a talent don't take that for granted. You will bust em next season for sure...

When you get in a mental state that makes you not want to be on a fishery to compete in a tournament, you don't need to be there. It can DESTROY your ability to adapt to changing conditions, blind you from noticing things that would otherwise be very obvious, and worst of all, keep you in a bad, degrading mood all day on the water. When it all boils down, we do this shit because we LOVE it! When it's not fun anymore, time to pack up and go home until you WANT to compete again. It seems sometimes that pros feel a "pressure", or "demand" from sponsors that keeps them from having a personal life. A good sponsor would never make their showpiece feel that way. You've been in a negative state from the first 10 seconds of the video. Seems something else was on your mind. You beat yourself in this one, bud.

Well the problem is all suck lol our water is tuff but those fish migrate every 11/2 and 3hrs depends on wind if it blows every way but south southwest SE any S it is off the hook but ya this time of year blowz sagnasty out and only fish that live Thier stay Thier as the sun goes up the fish go deep in the fragmites I'm talking 6yonders are in 4 inch of water with backs sticking out no bs true any black blue jig with crackn craw hematoma or frog.goodluck.but you lost. Sagnasty kicked yo butt.
