It was a 'blast' recording it. It took about 7 takes and it was very hard to avoid sweary words. IRL I'd be using all the expletives, haha 😄

Sounds like you might need to find a solicitor to deal with your insurance company. Gladly my family never experience your problem. Just vandals and arsonists. My Uncle lost a whole hay harvest and a barn one year. When you do buy your own equipment, it would be a good idea to look at security and GPS trackers. That and yard security CCTV and security lighting. Also a guard dog. That might help when they jack up your premiums. Though you can use the "Act of war" line against them.

That sucks about your uncles barn. There was a similar thing where I grew up where kids set fire to straw bales in a shed and the farmer lost all the bales, the shed and his house because of it. Farm security might be part of a future episode. Thanks for the suggestions 👍

@@farmingwithsteve I'll always remember the stories about that night. Fortunately my Uncle was primarily arrable, and those bales where I assume for his brothers livestock. The insurance paid out pretty quickly after the fire investigation. Rural crime is such a big problem these days. Particularly as you're yard is on a main road close to a village. Best to be safe. Hopefully save a few quid on premiums.
