Между заплаткой и банкой с огнём нужно ложить кусочек бумаги чтоб к банке резина не прилипала. Всё равно потом камеру проверять в воде на герметичность, за одно и бумага размокнет. Это из инструкции для автомобильного вулканизатора.

Чтобы это проделать надо купить пилу, УШМ, сварочник, электрод и ещё кучку инструментов. Я не говорю про подобие мастерской. Нужно куча времени и ещё прочей мелочи. Не проще ли купить новую камеру отдельно, или даже в комплекте с шиной. Камера будет стоить в несколько десятков раз дешевле и тачку на ход поставит значительно быстрее.

I don't like to sound like a downer but all of that effort put into building that jig is just as expensive than buying an extra set of inner tubes ironically which is cheaper than tire patches.

Excellent vulcanizing job young 🌱 man absolutely excellent 👍👌!!!!! If you're worried about peeling the patch off once it's been vulcanized on just cool your press foot with cold 🥶 water 💧💦🌊 then remove it!!!

Невеличкі дірочки по кінцям прориву, щоб зняти подальше навантаження ,,на розрив,, , сира гума , латка з камери подібної товщини і в вулканізатор через папір. Знизу підкладаєш товсту гуму, щоб і край латки вварився. Температуру можна контролювати цукром. Почав плавитись - нагрівати досить. Дать вихолонути не робираючи. Все.

Дякую за відповідь. В подальшому ( нехай не прийдеться) не треба зшивати камору. Проколами під нитки створюється непотрібна напруга по краях латки при накачуванні і міцність зменшується. Радий поспілкуватися, друже. Звідки ти, з якої країни?

Хуйня полная, я такой порез сделаю не торопясь 5-7 минут, зачистка места пореза, обезжирил, клей намазал, подсох и заплатку фирмы ROSSVIK и этой же фирмы клей и дело в шляпе....☝️🤘💪👍👍👍❗️❗️❗️🤷🏻
