I just want to hop in and suggest Full AP sejuani mid. It it amazing at winning against melee champs in lane (except yone, basically impossible to play imo) I suggest going RoA into demonics with electrocute and resolve(bone and overgrowth)

I came here to say the exact same... I also would like to put in the recommendation for building him ap as he heals with 60% ap every 3 autos. Its not lifesteal, just flat number healing. every three autos, no matter what it is, towers, wards, minions. Unlimited sustain basically. Xin Zhao is just a dueling god no matter what build. I'd love to see Xin Zhao mid from @PekinWoof

while playing with my friend who’s new I decided to try lillia as support and I had a lot of fun with comet and Luden’s, as her passive basically has them always refreshed. Her e is a good poke tool and can proc spellthiefs edge twice with passive, but even without support item the comet and ludens interaction is still fun imo so she could be played mid.

I love the series! I'd love to see you play lethality wukong mid. Conq runes with Domination secondary, or resolve to survive early poke. Early sheen into duskblade/eclipse with essence reaver and then whatever other lethality items you want. Your E>AA>Q combo deals crazy damage! Plus Wu is good into most of the ad mids.

You should try ezreal mid. You've got your e to either play agressively or safely. Q spam + autos for below average/okay wave clear. Sounds pretty good to me.

You should definitely try crit Gnar mid: Kraken slayer/berserkers first into collector and infinity edge I go with electrocute, but hail of blades also works well You play around managing ur rage in a way u transform just in time for lvl 3 and jump on the minions to bounce onto the enemy and then all in them, forward on, the damage is insane and ppl can't easily 1v1 u or even 2v1 u Main downsides are that you are really really squishy and you fall off late As a 350k m7 Gnar mid otp, I can confirm this is so fun to play, at least in unranked matches

Heck yeah. I feel like once new Statik comes out Nami mid will be pretty solid again, since her biggest struggle is her horrible waveclear (coming from another Nami) and the fact that it gives AP ratio and Nami already likes to auto with E means she doesn't mind a little AD. Even if it impacts our giant AP ratio W at 6 items a little.

Suggestion/warning for Hecarim, you should 100% be weaving autos, with ad that high you lose out on a lot of damage. Hec q does not interrupt auto animations.

Lillia mid feels very powerful. Land E slow into W Q ignite and the enemy is screwed. Good heals from trading, good gank setup, good roams, Some horrible matchups to avoid are akshan or irelia.

I recommend just telling the teammates you're a Challenger player playing on a smurf and to not surrender since you're confident you can win. I used to do that and while a lot would mock me and such it did calm some down and get them focused on actually trying to win. Dunno if you would have any success with it.

I don't know what qualifies as "offmeta", but I'd like to see how you approach Ksante and Nautilus mid in solo queue. They are definitely somewhat meta in competitive right now (been picked quite a lot in the MSI) but not really a thing in the ladder, and I often think the hardest part when you pick a tank mid is to outscale your team's mental (I used to have TK and Ornn as pocket picks while queuing top / mid)... Also, Seraphine / Karthus bot (same deal... Definitely viable, has been done before, not really that "wild", but not all that common in solo queue either)
