The most lovable thing is both his parents are doctors . His father , an ENT surgeon and his mother, my Microbiology professor. Yet they didnt force him to become a doctor like other parents . Love their belief on him . ❤

In Sagar's interview with Guki's father after his olympiad performance he said that he himself wanted to be a cricketer but was forced into the medical field and had to give up on his dreams. He said he didn't want Guki to have the same experience and thus supported him in chess.

Bro, you are wrong. Idk about their occupation but from what you said, you can clearly say he is from a wealthy fam(Gukesh). They are not a middle class family. Most of the Indian parents who force their child to be a doctor, engineer, etc. are from middle class fam. But the parents should be appreciated because they are in the medical field and didn't force his son to be in the same field because of what " society thinks". Anyway he is 17 and who knows what he is gonna pick as a career. GM Dr. GUKESH D😂

almost all schools in india have english as the 1st language. Plus in India every state has their own language so english is usually used to communicate, especially in the southern states.
