Congrats. You're stuck slinging spells like me. Now, you can combine spellslinger and aggro with wizard tribal

Which are your favorite "low to the ground, aggro decks with low mana curves and fast gameplay?" I really have been craving faster gameplay decks. Tried to make Juri that way, but the win con for Juri just didn't seem to cut it for aggro.

You've got to give Rielle, the Everwise a shot. Turning net 0 cards like Cathartic Reunion into a net 2, filtering your hand for serious value. You can also turn obscure spells that discard for cost to have a scaling payoff into a Tolarian Winds with benefits. Rielle's power scales well that you can position her to remove players quickly.

I've tried branching out to other playstyles, but spellslinger (and storm) will always be my one true love. (All credit goes to Ken Baumann and his cEDH Krark/Sakashima list, which continues to make it impossible for me to play anything else)

I went through a similar change recently. for a long time i was the resident creature-aggro player of my playgroup, with Nikya, of the Old Ways being my primary deck / pet deck for the past 5 years. I think a general shift towards creature based strategies in the commander player base makes the deck feel less unique and has driven me away from the playstyle. I'll always have a soft spot for aggressive creature decks but i've been incredibly drawn to the controlling / spell slinging decks that I once hated

Eris roar of the storm is an amazing commander for prowess, he's a 4/4 with prowess and flying, he makes 4/4 tokens with prowess and flying with every second spell cast and if you have 4 instant or sorcery spell with different mana values in your graveyard he'll only cost a blue and a red
