You do know there are people who don't cook or know how to cook who would want to see all of the preparation from beginning to end. You who know can always fast forward. I’m Puerto Rican and tbh I do not use sazón or asomo because it contains a lot of salt, I’ve also made this recipe and I do add garlic and onion powder and other spices and it comes out great
