I love cooking chicken thighs in different marinades and sauces. This recipe has become one of my favorites. Chicken thighs in honey and garlic glaze will not leave anyone indifferent. I cook 2kg of chicken thighs at a time because they are so delicious. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love!

Chicken thighs 16 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Soy sauce 150 ml.
honey 70 ml.
Paprika 1 tbsp
Dry garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Lime 1 pc.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Marinate the legs for 1-2 hours.
Bake on the lower shelf at 180 C for 45-55 minutes.
Brush once with the marinade during this time.
Cover with parchment if necessary.
carrot 1 pc
rice 1 cup.
Water.
Butter.
Cover and cook over low heat until the water has evaporated.
bow with feathers.
Coriander.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Tomato sauce 3-4 tbsp.

Well ignoring the title saying you don't roast chicken and here it is being roasted, I wonder where you find those 8 legged chickens to cook all those at one time! That aside the marinade is sweet with honey, the rice is sweet even more with carrot. The rice was over cooked and on the verge of sticking together. So not impressed one bit - sorry to say.

+1! На тему как пожарить куриные ноги - это только плюс. Но зачем было заморачиваться с рисовой кашей, когда на противне такое количество закусона?! К рису никто и не притронется, увидев, что на противне еще есть курица - а одного противня явно мало. Так что надо делать миниму два противня с курицей и запастить бОльшим количество пива! Остальные продукты нужно поберечь!
