Just curious, how long have you been driving? No offense, but I want new drivers to be trained by someone with at least a couple years of experience. As myself being a commercial driver with 37 years experience, I find it very concerning that Prime would allow someone with little experience to train. Very scary for the motoring public

Most of these new drivers won’t make it more than a year. It seems they hire anyone and bring a professional driver is a thing of the past. All you see now is flip flop wearing rejects straight out of jail.

I’m not trying to judge Vez’s character as a human or as a solo driver and from one driver to another I respect his motivation to take on a huge role as being a lease driver and going to work each and every day. My chief concern is him not having experience with time behind the wheel, it’s asking a lot for a newbie driver to handle a big rig and be responsible for all that is involved and now training someone who has Zero experience or knowledge and still shuffle his normal duties.
