Hello friends, in my last video from the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, I was going to shoot a video with the intention of showing you the rich neighborhoods in Erbil and the Ramadan culture here, and then return to Turkey. Due to the rain, I could not organize trips in the city as I wanted, and the process of obtaining a permit to go to the Kirkuk region and visit the Turkmens took a long time, so I decided to return to Turkey. At 8 in the morning, I bought a ticket from Erbil to Şırnak, which is 300 km away, by bus and set off. I was crossing this border for the 4th time. I had crossed this border on foot, by bike and by bus. My previous crossings usually took between 15 minutes and 2 hours, but this time Turkey closed the border to pedestrian crossings and started to search all vehicles in detail, so border crossings took 3 to 4 days. It could take up to. I didn't believe it when they told me this, but after I experienced it myself, I wanted to tell you about it so that if anyone comes to visit, they should pay attention to this issue. During the hours I spent at the door, seeing the difficulties experienced by the elderly, children, pregnant and sick people, I questioned the world we live in. I wish life wasn't this difficult for anyone. When I realized that I would stay at the border for about 3 or 4 days, I got off my bus and crossed the border on foot, getting permission from the Kurdish border police. When I came to the Turkish border gate, they did not let me in on foot, so I somehow threw myself on the bus closest to the border. Of course, hundreds of people like me were waiting for this, I was one of the lucky ones and I was there for almost 20 days. With an hour-long effort, I was able to cross the border in a crowded bus.
