They did. They bought them a few months ago. I don't think Speedway locations are going to turn into 7-Elevens but they have 7-Eleven products in them now

They bought them in the summer of 2021. I have worked for them for 9 years now. I didn't plan on staying because I'm an STNA or was lol, but the customers are the reason I can't leave lol......they've become like family. I like 7/11 better......Speedway had a policy where products were wrote off then thrown away. 7/11 marks those things down to like a dollar & sells them which is way better so there isn't any food waste.

Yeah they was bought out and most likely will keep the "speedway" stores this way for awhile to make it seem less of a monopoly and to trick people who might hate the 7-Eleven brand

I am so glad you addressed that guy/girl thing. I remember when I was much younger and in one of my first jobs, I hated when the men always referred to the group as guys. I absolutely hated it, because I'm not a guy. However, based on our male dominated society that's par for the course. Fast forward and you use girl in the same context, and I'm totally here for it. Speedway pizza is good because you can buy just 1 slice, often it's better than pizza chain stores, and cheaper. You just eat it ("fire and forget"). The hamburgers have a lot of soy protein, which is cheap. It reminds me of the crappy hamburgers served up in my college cafeteria. At the time, not so good. But now, they're filling and then you poop them out about 24 hours later, no harm, no foul. Good video, Timmy.
