Nicely done. Maybe add some finely diced red onion and green bell pepper. Also that stuffing is great if you add some parmesan cheese and do stuffed mushrooms. Try it and you won't be disappointed

Do they still allow people to drive out on that pier? Some 30 years ago took my kids and a friend of thiers and drove out on that pier and got into the white trout....catch, clean and cook right on the pier. Kids loved it and the fish tasted great! Can't believe there isn't more ppl going after white trout.

That’s a cool story! You may be thinking of three mile bridge which is close to this pier. The pier in this video is bob Sykes and unfortunately you can’t drive on it
