Good day, I have this product, but when I connect it to the computer via USB, it says unknown device. Do you have the driver for the product? At the same time, I am getting a blue screen error. After the logo disappears, the screen turns blue. Do you have any information about this issue?

Any idea on how to replace the battery? mine works perfectly fine, except it only runs with cable on. Battery totally dead, but with cable power on it will turns too hot within 1/2 hour. Can i change the standard battery with other battery and put it outside the case?

hello, I'm sorry it's been a long time since I took it apart I don't remember anymore but we see the battery in part 3. My problem was the hdmi port which was broken.
