I opened 120 Pokemon Pocket Packs... and I got THIS!? - Pokemon TCG Pocket

The newest Pokemon card game just came out! Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket! It just soft launched in New Zealand so maybe you could find a way to get there if you really wanted to. In this video I'll open some packs! A lot of this game is driven around collecting, but I want to battle! So I'm trying to collect cards ASAP. You definitely don't have to do that, and you can get a lot of cards free to play and you get free packs to open daily! This is my second day of max spending -- I'll probably just do 1 or 2 days more, but I'm unsure if it's good content so let me know!

It will be playable only if they add ranked battles or more game modes, so far it makes no sense to play

It’s nice to see a mix of classic and new art. Game might lose some luster when the “meta” takes over but I’ll give it a couple months. Not sure if it’ll survive to 2025

Spend money on physical tcg. Pull rates are infinitely better. Spending any kind of money for 0.3% pull rate for a standard ex ultra rare makes no sense, doubly so for a digital version. Also TCG Pocket will hold zero monetary value since you can only trade the same rarity, this is simply a pokemon themed cash grab for whales.

Yeah, that's not that much cheaper than physical booster packs depending on what product you're buying. That's too high a price for digital cards.

That math is wrong. 390 USD is about 350 packs by my calculations.
