It was said in the patch notes that the only skins that will be available in ranked drops will be those after the mariposa piper season, the rest will only be available in their recolors, which is why Nat stopped receiving skins when she rescued Sultan Mike, because it was the last missing skin after the mystery at the HUB season

there is a new button in settings which says "starr drop chances" in which you can see drop chances for every starr drop. For example chanc of getting a legendary starr drop is 2%@@xenumi21

No. The chance only for the season's skin is 5%. And there's another 5% chance to get other skins combined. Basically the season's skin is in the another pool of rewards. If you get the season's skin, the chance for other skins is buffed to 10%
