Honestly, glad to see you rip packs again. When i got back into collecting during the covid shutdowns, you were one of the first channels i watched on ripping packs, and when you stopped making these videos for this channel, it hurt. So the kadabra story is actually it being banned cuz around the time a psychic who did the spoon bending trick thought pokemon was making something of an "evil satanic parody" of him with kadabra's design and sued them for it so pokemon decided that they'd just heavily reduce kadabra's appearances on cards and the show just to avoid further legal trouble until in recent years said psychic apologized and no longer held any threat of lawsuit against pokemon for a misunderstanding that held for over 2 decades, fucking wild lmao

Kadabra card wasn't able to be printed, because there was a lawsuit by a magician that claimed he could use teleknesis to bend spoons. And that Pokemon stole the idea from the guy and stole his livelihood. the suit was expired i believe thats why cards are able to be printed again.
