So true, you can't get in contact with them if you have n issue nor do they care. I sent a damaged card to panini 3 years ago, after a dozen emails I sent they now say they haven't received it! This is after the confirmation email they sent me saying they had received it! Laughing at us all the way to the bank.

I think Covid and higher covid demand resulted in high production levels and lower levels of quality control and customer service as Panini gorged the market with higher prices and more product. They haven't recovered since and don't seem to care anymore as their license is due to expire

For those random ppl that like to buy packs of cards...not expensive ones like these but ones in foil wrap. If they let you pick out of the box yourself always pick from the bottom that's where the best and most valuable cards are. This includes any playing cards like magic the gathering, yugioh, etc...
