I don't think the people who were following you in the black car are/were the owners of the briefcase because they would have not stopped their pursuit. A drug dealer is not gonna give up that easy for their stash and info that was in the briefcase. It was probably some small-time peddler and didn't get there to pick up the drop. Seriously think you should NOT return it and call the authorities about it though.. just my opinion. The street value for the greenery is probably around $1k depending on your area and the type of greenery. And the camera is probably linked to a phone and or took pics. Someone was meant to pick up the briefcase i.e the green item inside at an arranged time..your sister is going to be mad at you😄The laptop with "2200"hours and other times embedded in the children's stories was like a poor attempt to conceal times of meeting up or measurements within a story supposedly written by a kid. I think you might have been followed because of the green item in that briefcase! ! I think it had been arranged to be picked up..and you took it! 😨 I'm glad you are taking it back but I gotta say changing the code to open the briefcase, though inevitable, is not going to please the intended owner nor indeed the sender!!😰I hope you did an easy combo like 4 zeros but let's be honest, they are going to know the briefcase was stolen, it was broken in to, that someone looked inside, then strangely and alturistically returned it to its original destination.
