@RiverWynn-uj3gj If you're starting from scratch then look for ETBs when they're on sale or the booster bundles if you can get them at retail. I was lucky and found the booster bundles a few times at my local Target. Typically, Amazon has the ETBs less than most retailers. Also, find a local shop you like to trade/sell bulk to reinvest. And after you get close to the end, stop trying to rip packs for those last chase cards. Just get the singles.

What do you mean by master set? I'm almost done with a complete reverse holo 151 binder.

@einherjar3095 Ever possible version of every card, outside of retailer exclusive promo cards. So I have all of the standard promos, normal cards, reverse holo, holos, ex, ex full art, IRs, SIRs, gold cards and alt art.

​@RiverWynn-uj3gj I've responded to you twice now but my responses keep disappearing for some reason. In short, ETBs and booster bundles are your best values when you can get them at retail prices. When you get close to finishing and just have a few chase cards left, just buy the singles. Find a local shop to sell your bulk so you can reinvest.
