Ladies, unfortunately, this is what dealerships do. When they see someone that shows excitement when looking to buy a car, salesmen's and manager's will take advantage of anyone showing this excitement. Poor lady.

@@aconformist1 Agree. A bank once tried to tell us we could afford a certain home loan. We knew we couldn't comfortably do it, so we didn't. We just waited until we got a loan for a house that we could afford.

You got two options. Back a truck into the car in a way that one of the pillars gets damaged and the car would be totaled because the integrity of the roof is compromised or you could sink it at a boat launch and act dumb. The boat launch idea would be aimed at a truck usually but I got half my family working in the insurance industry and the boat launch is almost impossible for them to prove you did it on purpose. Same with the pillar idea. I’ve never done this myself I believe in karma but they are options. You just need to make sure you haven’t missed payments in along time otherwise it looks bad. And full coverage insurance which with a auto loan is usually required.
@MrBobm001 Жыл бұрын
only if she had GAP insurance that paid off the balance owed, otherwise she would still be paying for remainer of balance of $32k less amount value her regular insurance would give for a totaled car that maybe only $15k.
