My problem isn't them adding the commander cards or the lots being virtually duplicated. It just would be nice if they didn't separate the "Partner with" commanders. You're already giving people bulk, give them the ability to properly utilize the cards.

I bought a bulk lot on ebay (for about $25) in 2012 and got a Lion's Eye Diamond when they were still worth $80. I think too many people are savvy now to the value of trading cards in general, and unless you hit up a yard sale or flea market or something like that, we aren't gonna hit anything fantastic.

Starcity is a scam. They say they "Randomly pull" but they dont. Their 1000 card box is even worse but i guess from the price that is to be expected.

Apex of Power is pretty playable in casual EDH, at least! Especially if your commander reduces the mana cost to RRR (Looking at you, Mizzix and Vadrik 👀) Edit: Or if they produce mana (Neheb)

Yeah I mean great way for them to get rid of bulk mythics from commander decks that they took apart to sell singles. For the consumer though that's as bad as it can get.

I bought a 4000 card bulk lot on eBay from Finch and Sparrow and literally 900+ cards were all Kaladesh. You could tell they had done a mass opening hunting for masterpiece inventions and just pawned the bulk off in their bulk boxes. Took a fatty L on that one
