The mode they use is BSD Brawl mode, this affects the real main account and has an Anti-Ban system so it is impossible to get banned.

BSD brawl doesnt have actual Anti-Ban system. BSD removed brawl stars anticheat called promon and thats why you can cheat. If you dont remove promon then it will detect root user and script injection.

And BSD brawl is mostly client side so there is small chance of getting banned

It does because he sits at the top of the leaderboard and people can see it when opening the leaderboard. People are generally more inclined to read the first one they see if they are interested in any service or product in this world. Of course him sitting there doesn't help a whole lot, but it makes them also standout from all the other options because there's is visible in the leaderboard and it has a real "pro".
