I'll kinda copy a comment i made from another of your videos. Shelves and expansion is WAY more important than licenses. You want enough shelves so one shelf piece only holds 2 products. all for shelves on left one product, all shelves on right another, then agin on back side. This way, once you get it that stocked, your just chasing "topping off" instead of chasing "out of stock". If you get to many licenses before you get things that organized you end up with a lot of complaints about not finding things, which means you level slower ;) ... Forget storage, unless they make a stockboy and you need it for them, it's a waste of money. easier to order and stock in the mornings. Also, when you really need to reorganize, just let a few days run, people will complain about not finding things, but they'll kill your shelves, which makes moving things completely around EASY. :)

Simon, to ease the constant replenishment of stock process you should buy like 4 or 5 more shelves and just have more of your stock out so you're restocking less frequently. Especially for larger items like Toilet Roll & Potatoes!

I think it's better if you stock half a shelf with one item, like you did with the water. Then you won't need to restock while the supermarket is open. And a full shelf for toilet paper :D

You can throw boxes on top of the Freezer/Fridges whenever they are full. You also can put the boxes on the shelf's when they are full so that you don't have to keep looking for them on the floor.

great series man. you just need better real-estate management then you can have more shelves and stock up more, especially on the products that come in packs of 2-6 like toilet paper and potatoes, you can put them on shelves of their own, buy more shelves and mix up their orientation to fit in more through out the store like 2 back to back rows, moving the cashiers closer together and putting another shelf in front of them etc..., might be a lot of work and harder to track what you have and what you dont, storage would just be a waste of money.

The storage is expensive and annoyingly in stages, but it gives you the ability to bulk buy stock and refill empty/low stock shelves throughout the day without having to panic buy stuff and hope you can get it done before 9.

What I will do is trynna forecast every product sales daily, especially those who is selling a lot for example toilet paper and spaghetti - I will personally buy a 3 extra spaghetti boxes and a 4-5 toilet paper boxes, so I am sure the product is on stock. It will help you to reduce the order cost, your movement and you can focus on stocking your shelves and you can keep your overview over your product range.
