not worth it lol, i’m gonna be honest, the obby looks a bit wonky for some reason, maybe it’s the models, maybe it’s the text bubbles, or maybe it’s the trees, the ui is ok tho

Here are some suggestions: 1) Optimize the walkspeed for some stages or vice versa. 2) Place the UI better. 3) The UI can be improved. 4) At the volcano stairs, there were collision issues.

Ngl, in my opinion the game is not worth 60k robux it should be worth around 20k as max, the reason is the game is def good but there is some things I dont like about it and the builds are a bit simple in my opinion for 60k+ I would expect more stages and it should look better.

The UI layout looks really weird, you should make the distance between the buttons less and move the buttons on the right side of the screen closer to the edges so it’s symmetrical to the left side.

Being fully honest, I have some suggestions as to how it could be improved I'll mention one thing, it looks like nearly *every* other obby I've played as of recently. Also, with the Skip Stage UI, prompting again and again looks super annoying. Also the fact it says "YES!" and "no" I think it should be changed to "Yes!" and "No" This is coming from both someone who has done Roblox development before and plays games from time to time always thinking about how they can improve I think it may be worth like 35K, as some of the things, like the fact you can choose speed are nearly the same. My friend purchased an obby, and it had those same exact things with it, even though when I hopped into Studio to check it out, the code was a HUGE mess. And I can guarantee Scripting Secrets would not have the use of deprecated coding practices. I am not sure about that game's code, but this is just something to take into consideration

Yooooo I have a vid on motivation! kzbin.info/www/bejne/emOvo5-ujNBrocU However, since then I've learned a lot, and thought about this topic. I would say 3 key tips will help you. 1: Discipline is key to finishing your game, working on it even when you don't necessarily feel like it. 2: If your game is taking way too long to make, you'd be much more motivated on a smaller project. You can also try toning it down to the minimum viable game, the least stuff it can have to be considered playable and decent. This way you can improve it as you go, after release. 3: Remember if your game isn't working for you (as in its not making robux, or its not getting done fast enough), it's working ON you. You're becoming a better dev by working on this game, meaning all setbacks you've experienced here will be a breeze in the future as you learn, and one day you will finish a good project with persistence, even if not this one.
