Some advice: Turning up the gamma greatly helps visibility. Gamma = brightness. Blink before you open doors You can close doors behind you Look for SCP-914, it'll be your best friend to start out. Get a gas mask, put it in 914 and set it to fine. If you wear it you get unlimited sprint. Better keycards = the more achievements you have. Nepheron has great guides on how to complete the game, suggest you watch those videos. Hopefully you play it again

Fun fact: You were blessed beyond words running into that bear at 30:49. I forgot what it is called, but had you decided to interact with it, then it would’ve been lights out for you. Basically, it makes a horrible scream when you get too close and then you start dying slowly while growing ears all over your body for 20 seconds, if I remember that last part correctly. A note you can find in game about it can help, if looking it up isn’t your style.

If you're ever gonna play this again, here's a rundown of all the guys you encountered in this video The "beaky butt" will insta kill you unless you have the ring on U already know Scp 173 so I'll skip dat The lizards in the underground are actually blind, so if you crouch down they can't hear you The guy that walks thru walls is basically unstoppable but he'll only chase you for a little bit Edit: The teddy bear, there's 2. One will be at the window or in heavy containment zone and may gesture things or give u a picture/drawing. The other one appears in hallways and you need to run right past him as fast as u can, if ur slow he'll scream and kill you

Also, walk-thru guy is 106 and he likes to just spawn near you when he feels like it. you can contain him in HCZ (the gritty octagon hallways after you pass one of the checkpoints)

The creepypasta is from 4chan originally and there's a whole website with literally thousands of these creatures. Their origins are variated, but never that specific. The SCP Foundation just captures these creatures to do research them and classify if they are either safe, euclid or keter. This game is based on the creepypasta and it has the most popular creatures from the website. I really advice you to go ahead and read it for yourself, as it's a deep rabbit hole.

The lore is basically this foundation called the SCP Foundation contains these anomalous creatures and objects in order to protect civilians and stuff (hence the Secure Contain Protect acronym). They run a lot of experiments on those anomalies, and some of them require people. They get the people to test through the government I think, who give them criminals on death row, called Class D. In game you play as one of those Class D and you're just tryna escape in the midst of, as the name says, a containment breach The precise origins of the scps are unknown tho, but most of them were just found in the open, probably killing people, and then the Foundation showed up to extract them
