This channel is a godsend, this video wouldn't fit on the main channel at all but is an excellent addition to hear your thoughts on all the games you played.

I didn't know I needed a Floydson tier list video, but this is absolutely fantastic, it's fascinating to hear your opinions about the games since you have obviously spent a lot of time with all of them. I hope you will keep doing tier list videos once you accumulate more games played on your main!

Dinkum might be a good one to come back to on this channel. It's got a couple new NPCs, a couple new buildings including a place to take trips off your island, and a new Alpha, in addition to cosmetics and decorations. I'm not sure it would be enough for a second hundred days but you'll get some fun out of it. Dave the Diver has had two free DLCs that might also be fun to explore here.

Yes! Not only is this a tier list, it's also confirmation for me that I HAVE in fact watched all 24 gameplay vids. Love your videos and all the effort put into them! Thank you so much for all the content, and now there's a second channel for me to keep up with too🤩

Dinkum was the game that introduced me to your channel and (because of your gameplay) the first game that I bought off of Steam! It was such a fun video and it easily caught my eye, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you were responsible for increasing the player base tenfold. It would be so fun to see a 100% instead of another hundred-day series on Dinkum’s full launch! The town hall has the book thing with all the town ratings and it’d be cool to see you complete that.

Loved hearing more about your thoughts behind these series! I'm in a lot of ways the opposite kind of gamer as you hahaha I need a really strong compelling narrative and characters to get into a game, and like, for example, I could never see myself playing V Rising and spending so much time on building a castle even though I love the idea of it being possible! I think that's the draw at least for me to follow your channels so closely is that all of these games with amazing gameplay potentials that I can't personally take advantage of are being showcased in really great ways! I personally love Undertale with all my heart specifically because of the story and it impacted my life in ways that even great novelists have yet to come close to. But hey! That's why there are all kinds of games for all kinds of folks! Thank you for your work!

I think Graveyard Keeper is my favourite of these games to watch, but it was also the first video of yours I found. My other faves to watch were Stardew Valley, Dave the Diver and Dinkum. Hi Mate, There is something about your content that I love. I genuinely will say when you post a video, to my wife "oooh my favorite youtuber has posted a vid" I put your vids on when I am heading to sleep, so I have probably watched the same video over and over as I fall asleep. I think being an Australian myself, and your specific language, silly willys, dingus, etc, just makes me chuckle every time. Some times the guest appearances of your child and wife are the perfect touch to videos as well. Thank you for creating my favorite content!

I enjoyed your 100 days series on most games you played, Don't starve is stressful but re-watching your videos over and over gave me a push forward and made me play it a bit better. I agree with one of the comments about re-trying Dinkum as it has updates. There's a game called "one lonely outpost" that you might like :D farming in space, if you didn't try it yet. you've got also coral island, my time at portia/ sandrock, I like your playstyle and your comments are hilarious so I enjoy your videos.

Nice list! I'll put some new ones on my wishlist. When you talked about not liking story driven games, I often find people who say that just don't like badly designed story driven games. BG3, Enderal, Fallout NV, they're all really well thought out in how they tell the story to the player. They're great reference points on story design, which is its own part of game's that are often not thought of. Getting through a slog of text in game's that are more novel than game is hard for people who aren't hardcore fans of the genre.

Otherwise this is all on par with my tastes. must be why I have been enjoying your channel. I thought dave the diver looked stupid until I actually saw gameplay and now I want to get it. A bit disappointed sunhaven was placed so low, but it might just be cause I majorly enjoy it atm and we are very different type of players 😂 for me SH are above stardew Valley, for me sunhaven is a rpg first with farming second, where its the other way around with SD. The whole which crops sells the best, the min max moneymaking and automating stuff isn't really me where it's the things you excel with :) Great video and it was amazing to hear your thoughts about all those games, I refuse to watch Dave the diver until I finished it myself tho 😂

Some recommendations if you're interested: Ark Survival Evolved (or whatever the ue5 version is) - play the island map you won't regret it! If you want a weird mix of farming and survival/crafting, Valheim is a good one. I'm surprised about dinkum, I found the gameplay to be very tedious and just too iffy.
@Jaryth0005 ай бұрын
Pretty solid tier list honestly. Surprised to see Factorio so high in the end, was quite fun to watch. Do you see yourself ever giving Dyson Sphere Program or Satisfactory a try? I lost so many hours to DSP, fuckin love that game, but i DID play it before combat was added, so i really dont know how that changes thegame, and honestly im kinda glad i played it without it.
@Floydsonson5 ай бұрын
I will be playing Satisfactory at 1.0 for sure - I actually can't wait, I played a heap at around update 4 but have waited years for 1.0 to dive in again. DSP has been on my radar, I'm surprised to hear they added combat actually. I've been thinking I'll wait for it to hit 1.0 too before I dive in
@Jaryth0005 ай бұрын
@@Floydsonson I had briefly played Satisfactory forever ago, probably Update 3 or 4, but only for like an hour and a half before the choppy frame rate and heavy motion blur made me notion sick and I stopped playing. Then I got into it again for real with Update 8 and had a blast. Looking forward to your 1.0 play through of that! (if you do a series/video on it anyway) DPS is an interesting one. I got into it Dec 2022, and lost a solid 6 weeks of my life. for an early access game, it just felt so polished, and had so much content, it was wild to me. So many little QOL features that playing SF afterwards kept pissing me off that SF was missing them. I cant speak to the combat at all, and honestly if I replayed, I might play with it turned off (apparently an option?) as i just LOVED how chill and non-demanding the game was. i could take everything at my own pace, optimize and tweak things as needed. It sounds like (especially from this tier video) you've been kinda bitten by Early Access games a couple times now, but I personally can recommend this game in its Early Access state. Not that my stance as a random person on the internet who you don't know, really cardies that much weight. Plus I have no doubt your existing backlog of games is massive!

My biggest complaint may be the early access games, like Nightingale, where you put out the video and the game is more updated so you go on about issues here or there that have long been fixed and are just not representative of the final product. Sponsors are a pain though, but I remember disliking the Nightingale video just because there were streams online that were more polished when your video went up. I say this because I like your videos, style of editing, humour and silly laughs (during your gameplay moments and not the voice over) even though I wouldn't touch or care about some games you covered, you make the video so entertaining!

Ngl, it may be too late but you should try playing Rimworld and Satisfactory, those are really good games. If you want to mix up content, I recommend that you play 100% of Postknight 1 and 2, both are mobile games but the graphics looks clean, the combat is simple yet fun yet hard, the progression system is ok depending on how skilled you are and trust me, the story is somewhat deep, the drip is cool and somewhat easy to obtain if you grind and you will develop a thinking in Postknight 2 after playing Postknight 1, something more like a “Where’s Peanut?! Where is he?!” in like a Batman voice.
