A girl from college used my friend's photos with me in them for her tinder profile to talk to some guy even though she was lesbian and in a relationship with the same person for several years. All she got was a metaphorical slap on the wrist. Moral of the story is if your photos are public or easily accessible to friends/family/friends of friends, chances are someone is using them whether you know it or not.
